After a month of impatiently waiting, my glossybox finally arrived, and lets just say it was most definitely worth the wait! Admittedly, it doesn't have the most exciting products; primer, moisturiser, eyeliner, body wash and cleanser; but after testing all the stuff out, I'm obsessed.
In the box:
1. Eyeko Skinny Eyeliner £9.50It has a beautiful handle for easy application, and the colour is great (I received a pale pink.. brilliant for the insides of your eyes) but it doesn't go on as easily as some kohl eyeliners I've used before.
2. Davines Moisturising Balm £17.40/150ml
When I first saw the tube I thought how generously sized it was for a tester, but after using it I realised how quickly I'm going to finish it (day 3 of using and its already half gone) because its so rich and velvety. Perf for body or face.
3. Davines Cleansing Nectar £18.50/280ml
Again, lovely and rich with a gorgeous smell. I think Davines is my new favourite natural and simple 'skin food' brand.
4. FAB Gentle Wash £13.00/226.8g
At first I was a little peeved at glossy putting two cleansers in the box, but this one is a lot more of a moisturising cleanser while the Davines one is more of a cleaning cleanser. My irritation didn't last too long, I've used both daily.
5. Murad Hybrid Skin Perfecting Primer- Dewy Finish £29.00/30ml
The word 'dewy' gives it all away really, because this primer is literally my dream beauty product. I'm not usually one for hyping up things I've only used a handful of times (because my skin changes daily) but this is liquid dew at its finest. Unlike all the other primers I've ever used before, the Murad primer doesn't leave any residue on the skin when foundation is applied to it and it has a lovely hint of colour. When most brands say that their products can be used on their own to give a 'no-make-up glow' its usually total rubbish, but this primer made my skin look nourished and radiant all on its own. Officially converted.
